In 1947, our family business was founded by Carl und Alfons Wölte under the name of Erste Emsdettener Frottierweberei C.&A. Wölte GmbH & Co. KG.

Production takes place in a fully integrated business with around 200 employees and state-of-the-art facilities. Our Emsdetten site guarantees first-class product quality, maximum flexibility and excellent supply availability, all while complying with strict, national environmental and social standards.
